When you take it out of the freezer, pour in the liquid (preferably cold for a better result) that you want to turn into a slushie or ice cream, mix with the spoon (for 5 to 7 minutes to make a slushie and 7 to 10 minutes to make ice cream), and scrape it from the sides of the cup as the liquid begins to freeze.
